This project is a feature for us on many levels – it’s a full Eco refurb with a range of low energy features as well as a space planning and mid-century modern style.

Baronsfield Road

Our brief was to create a larger kitchen and dining space while linking the rooms across the width of this wide, double fronted property. We find that houses of this age feature fabulous frontages and grand features but lack any sort of cohesion and design

Pilgrims Way

The existing house had very shallow rooms with a need for more depth throughout the property by extending into the rear garden which is large and south facing. We were to look at extending to the rear and to the end of the property, where

Create a WOW factor space, add glamour and fun and give the house a street side and garden side, both different.

Whitton Road

To reorganise the internal arrangement throughout the client’s new home, create a large, open plan kitchen and living space off the garden while proposing a unique relationship to the garden which is at the lower level.

Holly Road

The primary aim of this project was to create a space to cook and eat in while repositioning the ground floor bathroom.

Claremont Road

Create space and make better use of the middle of the house while adding storage, back of house areas and a stunning kitchen, diner and living space for a family.

St Peters Road

The brief was balanced with a tricky planning policy for the property and location, and needed to resolve the split levels of the property to create a master suite and a range of living spaces.
