Our Solution

London has 1000s of 1930’s semis, they are great for extending and enhancing as the layout and original features can be taken in many directions.
We love them and have a portfolio of extensions to this building type: single storey, double storey, side, rear and loft spaces all combine to yield large living spaces, more bedrooms and an aesthetic uplift to
these homes.

This project came with a brief to create a kitchen, living/diner with a progressive treatment – we used zinc, lots of wraparound glazing and well-placed roof lights to give this project a great feel and relationship
to the extensive landscaped garden.
