Start again, that was the brief for this amazing site.
3 bedrooms, living spaces and back of house areas over three floors was the aim – except this building had no toilets, only 5 rooms in total and nothing worth saving or working with.
For the developer client, we were able to plan in a basement and spaces over 4 floors to yield 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, utility, kitchen diner, living room, study/snug and yard garden.
Rebuilt with the exception of the front façade, you really don’t get a sense of the space until you step inside and investigate.
For developers we always have the brief of achieving both alluring and desirable spaces, while maximising value.
We have completed many developer led projects that increase value substantially.
