Georgie joined the 50° team in April 2022 with over twelve years’ experience in the property industry and in office management. She brings extensive experience in office and project management from her previous roles. She has worked with every aspect of a private property portfolio from solely managing the full lettings process and property projects; full property refurbishment management process; and, in her creative role, fully dressing properties ready for sale.
Day to day studio management, special projects, and liaison with associate offices and consultants is a large part of Georgie’s role that she carries out with a positive and professional approach each day. She’s our office motivator and social diary organiser!
Her blend of relevant previous experience, enthusiasm, and understanding of our specific studio needs make Georgie a linchpin of 50° where she handles new enquiries, marketing proposals and links up with our project architects on day-to-day projects management using in house processes and databases. Georgie has proposed and implemented changes to our processes since her arrival. New and potential clients are supplied with lots of administrative information throughout the different stages of the process, Georgie ensures they have all the information they need and directs queries and responses to the right person on the team.
